Quick Stovetop Mac
A fast and creamy mac ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- In a separate pot, melt butter, add flour, and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Mix with pasta and serve.
